Customer Support...
New to EA Sports and most likely will purchase the game for PC play. For those in the know, what has your experience been with EA customer support when there's an issue with a game?
I'm asking the CS question because of the disappointing experience with HB PGA 2k/23. The game would not unlock more advance tiers and more recently, kicked me all the way back as if playing for the first time. All settings and achievements gone. HB did nothing to resolve the issues.
Question: I can purchase the PC version and play the game through EA and avoid using STEAM, right?

HI, @RickinWaSt I know your question may have been more for the community, but to confirm if you purchase via the EA App you don't have to use Steam you would launch/manage the game from the EA App client.
