DirectX Error - PGA Tour PC
Every time I want to start the game I get this error message, I have also reset 1 version back of the graphics card but that did not help.

- @EA_Illium Hi. I had already tried most of those steps upon finding this string. As you can see from my latest posts above my issue now isn't even directx, it's that i can't install the game..stuck at 14% and won't download. And I've tried resetting app and uninstalling game etc multiple times.

Hi konnte das Problem lösen weis zwar nicht wie aber habe einfach die Amd Pro software runtergeladen spiel gestartet und es hat geklappt

@formulaic To confirm this continues in a Clean Boot as well? If so, would it be possible to get a DXDiag?Hi. A clean boot is not the issue. I can't even download the game anymore. Stuck at 14% with download error.
This is truly flabbergasting. I gave up on trying to get it to download on my PC, so switched to my gaming laptop. Download progress within the Xbox app got to 33% then it paused and then in the EA app it tells me there's a download error at, wait for it, 14%. This is crazy.

HI @formulaic To confirm on your Desktop you get the DirectX error but on your laptop it gives a different error at 14%?

Summarize your bug My game continually crashes with a DirectX issue. My memory is not a problem, so I am not sure why it keeps crashing. This has happened numerous times during Tournaments that I have paid tickets to enter, losing all my progress in the tournament and the tickets I used to pay the entry fee.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure what is causing the crash, so I do not know what you can do to replicate the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will freeze, then a DirectX error message appears. I cannot continue playing and have to alt F4 to close the game.
What do you expect to see? I'm not sure what I expect to see other than the game not crashing all the time.
My game crashes all the time when I try to play. It happens when I am playing a round. The game freezes and then a DirectX error message pops up. This has cost me tournament progress and the tickets I use to pay the entry fee for weekly and monthly tournaments.

Install those and then perform a 'clean boot' and retry playing.
