EA Launcher - Infinite Loop, Game Never Launched - please help?
ok so i bought PGA Tour 2023 on Steam. Steam asked me to link my Steam account with my EA account and it took me through that process during my game install on Steam. I had the old EA app installed so it updated to the new on. I had forgotten my login for EA and wanted to change to a new one so I decided to make a new account with a new email address but when I did this, I was unable to find the game that I downloaded on Steam in my game library. I reverted back to my old EA account and was able to find the game. Problem I am having now, is when I click the game to play, it tells me "preparing game" before it seems to crash. hen, it takes me through an infinite loop of the EA Launcher opening, the message "preparing game" appearing and it crashing. This loop is infinite and the only way for me to stop it is by restarting my pc. The game never launches

To confirm do you still have the older EA PC client (Origin) installed?
If not, can we try the following?
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
