Amazon is showing a disc version for me so I believe one will exist.
MWII was extremely unusual which is why so many are aware of it, and I think it's fair to say there has been a fair amount of consumer backlash as a result. I'd be surprised if EA PGA Tour did the same but I have no way of knowing for certain. I'm not aware of any EA title that has gone the MWII route though. Are you?
With any modern game there is of course likely going to be the need to download further data over its life-cycle, and we know that will be the case for EA PGA Tour.
