Haven't received Madden 23 with Deluxe Edition purchase

I pre-ordered the deluxe version of PGA Tour 2023 and I have not received Madden 23 in my downloads. What do I need to do to get it?

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of PGA for pc via the ea launcher. I received the pre order items ingame. What's missing is madden nfl 23? I have not received a key, or can see it in the library.

HI @GamingSnippeX Can you try to Clear the EA Apps cache and sign back into your account? After check your library if Madden 23 is there. 

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

How do I get my copy of Madden NFL 23?

Once you pre-order the EA SPORTS PGA TOUR Deluxe Edition by April 6, 2023 at 11:59pm ET, the copy of Madden NFL 23 will be available via the following methods based on where you pre-ordered from. As part of this offer, Madden NFL 23 will be playable starting April 7, 2023.

• PlayStation & Xbox Users: Madden NFL 23 will automatically entitle to your account on April 4, 2023. If it does not show up right away, manually search for Madden NFL 23 on the storefront and download from there directly.
• PC Users: Must manually download Madden NFL 23 on or after April 7, 2023 by going to the library and selecting to download Madden NFL 23.
