Are you sure that it is not input lag in your TV or other equipment between your PS5 and the TV (for example a receiver) causing this? Is your TV in Game Mode? Have you tested with another TV or monitor?
This is the only game that I have experienced this type of behavior and yes it’s on game

Okay, then I can't help you any more. I play on PC/Steam and do not experience this problem. Maybe someone else with a PS5 can reply here and share if they are experiencing the same issues to rule out your particular setup? Good luck!
