This is insane…. Doing everything on my power to be a top competitor online..tell me how I can succeed if your not registering wins and losses online!!!!!!!!!! Fix this * or it’s 2k golf from now and forever!!’

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with PGA Tour.
You can try running through our connect troubleshooting to see if the stats update:
SpoilerXbox:
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
PlayStation:
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
PC:
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
If you are still seeing Online stats not track correctly please let us know the following
- Which game mode are you playing? (Career, Online, Tournaments, etc)
- Are you getting an error message?
- Have you tried restarting the game or playing a different mode and returning?
Also, if you have not please also let us know the following...

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

Are they looking into fixing this problem I have over 3000 career wins.....been killing it this season and not getting credit got lots of pictures of wins...just wondering if a patch is comen before they lose players...tyvm

None of that works… online wins and losses are simply registering randomly.

I came on here to see if others were having the same issue. Saw the post from July and it’s now February and still a HUGE ISSUE! I play everyday and check stats before every match. I’ve lost well over 40 wins from not being counted. It counts every tie and 99% of losses but won’t record winning correctly. It’s ridiculous. I’ve tried everything and nothing changes. Xbox series S user.
