A nice addition as well with the eagerly requested Turn Based Stroke play
Would still love the following additions in the future
- More courses (pretty sure everyone wants this)
- A reduction in RNG on lower difficulties
Overall future is looking bright
@Mickstudio1308 Because I’ve actually played golf to a decent level and actually understand the game. I’m not kidding when I say it’s a million miles from simulation golf, it’s actually a polite term to use to describe the game which is a poorly executed arcade game at best and I can list so many reasons why, and it all starts with the amazingly poor physics and RNG. It’s very simple to understand this.

I couldn’t agree more. With what’s out there on the market (PC only for me) it’s EASILY my favourite golf game to play.

Useful! So far, I am thrilled with this update. I’ve always wanted this view for putts. And the game has never looked better. This game has every opportunity to blow 2k23 out the water. With these kind of updates, it’s a no brainer. Longer Pro Pass season is good. Keeps me interested. I feel like they may be listening to their buyers. Putting is more accessible now. With the new read addition. It’s helped me. Good update, imo.

@agentputt Shots don’t make sense on the game. If you hit a shot the same in identical conditions, you should get identical ball flights. However, that doesn’t happen on the game as two identical shots (and by that I mean identical swing plane, tempo and wind) and they could go in complete opposite directions because of RNG
I had a range session at my driving range last week and using the Stealth 2 plus driver I got (I took a half set with me) and I’d say about 80% of my drives had identical or near identical ball flights and landed either dead centre of the fairway or near dead centre. I won’t claim to be a great real world golfer, but I’ll swing more consistently on the game but get WAY more consistent results on a real course or range because of the RNG in game. This should tell everyone there’s real issues with the game.
