PGA Steam Deluxe Edition - no early access missing pre-order items

HI @jeremystyl3 To confirm did you only get one code from Amazon (either on the purchase page or in a follow-up email)?

Also to confirm the code you entered is it the same one you can find on your Amazon digital page?

2. Sign in to the amazon account that purchased the Digital Game
3. You will see a list of digital games you've purchased (Each purchase will show the game name, platform, CD Key, and date purchased.)
4. You can find the CD key here to redeem

Hi yes, that is correct.  I just received the one code and entered it on steam as normal.  The amazon receipt (and the price I paid) shows deluxe edition but for whatever reason, it seems to not be.  I have started a ticket with help as well case number 141270732.

I have the exact same issue and I too purchased from Amazon.  Steam says EA Sports PGA tour however when I go into my EA account, the EA page says "Deluxe edition pre-ordered through Steam.and that the game will be available April 7.  This was one of the main reasons I could justify getting the deluxe edition.  I also submitted a ticket but have not hear back anything as of yet.

This is the same for me.  I purchased the deluxe edition for the extras as well as the extra few days of pre-play before release.  It's very frustrating not being able to get one of the main reasons for paying for the upgraded version.

I have the same problem, except mine shows Deluxe version in Steam. The play button is grayed out and says it won't be available until 4/6.

My problem is the play button on Steam is grayed out and can't be pressed so it never even tries to connect to the EA server.

I have all my email receipts to show I bought on EA Sports PGA Tour Deluxe PC Steam version on March, 27th and the email from amazon on April, 4th say my contents was ready to download but no email or Steam code on Amazons site.

Have you contacted Amazon yourself to ask about this? I suspect it is them that will need to resolve this for you.
