Got to the final hole of a 3 hole playoff in career mode in Banff.
Tied, on the green, sunk the birdie put to win and the game crashed to desktop with no error codes. Game just closed.

How can we find the bug ourselves? Career mode, play amateur cup and force a playoff at the end of round 4. When putting out at the 18th hole (last shot of playoff) the game crashes.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Nothing really to see here - the game just CTDs as soon as the putt goes in.
If the issue continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
Update:
If you are crashing can you let us know the one being used in the client, and if changing it to something else, avoiding the latest 3 lines of new avatars fixes this? (try a different game's avatars outside of the one you have)
Update your Account avatar:
Launch the EA App
Select your Avatar in the top right
Select "my profile" > then "Edit my profile"
Next select "Edit Avatar"
This will launch your EA Account portal, Select the blue pencil to change the avatar
Hit Save
Confirm it updates in the client and try to launch the game.
This does not fix the issue.... I am having the same problem, main menu is all fine and as soon as I load into the 3rd hole of my career playoff, it crashes.

How often does the bug occur? How much I try to move forward in my career. How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering my profile and trying to continue my amateur career.

Are you getting an error message? Every time I launch the game the first thing I see is scottie scheffler and not connected "push RS (button) in to Connect to EA Servers" after I do top menu doesn't load or manage golfer button and a Lv 0 (level zero) next to my gamertag, game freezes if I try to access some menu things like store or golfer or other and if I play any of the in game golf at all when it goes back to the menu all I see is top menu standard green masters menu background.
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? around 4/26/23 or maybe 27th and still happening 100% of the time since then.
Is anything else happening? It started when I bought the Orange Clown Putter Cover from EA store and tried to put it on my golf bags, the game just green screened and crashed. I can't access most of the game and nothing works as intended, I'd love to get my lv42 character more stuff from the store considering I ever get to see or play him again. Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Delete local profile saved data from console pga game card and then deleted it from everywhere many times. Later on as well as reserve data many times. I've hard reboot my Xbox X console and hard booted my cable for 30 minutes connecting via modem (no problem playing other games online though like EA's BF 2042) many times. I've changed DNS on console to google's dns address and back no change regardless. I've updated profile on EA account password and picture. I've tried to quick resume pga tour and offline mode and online mode and been on PC version on the same EA account with I did originally for EA Pro Golf Bag bonus and other stuff and even played it on PC some with 3 click swing but that was before 04/26/23 and the game worked fine but after 04/26/23 the PC version have mimiced the Xbox X in the same exact way. Only difference is sometime I can get the top menu to load unlike xbox x but if I go to golfer or store or quest, most of the time it freezes and crashes. I've repaired under manage game option on PC, no change. I've tried guest sign ins on xbox x and got to see my character on signin with guest but his stats where 69 overall instead of lv42 was like 89 or 90 overall and for reason he lost stats and it says scottie schleffer has those stats but if I play scottie schleffer he has his own shot types and stats but that was until I switch to a pro and tried to switch back now I can't even see my character anymore no matter what.

No, I don't get an error message. Because my career is lost after a crash I have only the option to start a new career. So I start a career and I choose US Amateur as event.I want to play and then nothing happens. I only can only hit the back button.
This is a complete joke! Paid £75 for the deluxe version of the game and it is barely playable and despite so many people having the same issues across most platforms it seems, still nothing done about it.
