PGA Tour - Crashing during career mode

I am on PC and it crashes every time it tries to connect to the EA Servers. Just right back to the EA home page.

Game loads fine during a swing when ball is in flight game just drops. No error message.

I usually get in a few holes before crash, but I think 3 holes is the most I have played before crash.

Play the game as released it will crash on you.

Getting disconnected a lot today. I only got kicked last night when trying to work on Masters challenges progression. But today its been terrible, dxdiag attached.

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... U tell me what you want an SS/Clip of, and i'll do my best to provide it. 

There really isn't anything to capture on my end, as the game will simply stop and I'm staring at the desktop and or EA play screen.

How often does the bug occur? Each time the round is played on career legacy.
How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a playoff event.

Been following this thread for about 10 days now as I have had this same issue with no fix where I crash upon winning the amateur playoff upon making the final putt.  Loading the game back up and trying to play any further in the career results in the game loading that final playoff hole, flyover and crash like many have said before me.

Can't emphasize enough how disappointing it was to see a post from EA about a patch that was supposed to address this specific issue when it has not.  Just a simple, 'We apologize for our latest patch being unable to fix this issue' within this thread or some of the many others out there would go a long way in just acknowledgement of your customers and their concerns with your product.

At any rate, when I was able to play the game, albeit very little, I had a blast and would love to get back to trying it out some more.

I'll put this info anyway just for tracking purposes on your end, but like everyone else in this thread or unaware of how to contact you and are just sitting idly by waiting for a new fix, we all would love a 'new' or 'updated' response or post related to a fix or ongoing work to resolve it at least.

Is anything else happening? It allows me to Report and send along video/screenshot when doing the report

How often does the bug occur? Everysingle time going back to 4/09/23 (10-15 attempts)
How can we find the bug ourselves? I can provide my address for you to send a rep out and watch it happen in person if you so prefer.  I have the time.  Otherwise I would hope bug reports through PS5 and that system would somehow talk to your team to provide the results of what they are seeing/getting from said crashes

  No just crashes to home screen after making last putt but ONLY if it will result in me winning or losing. I've played the same 3 playoff holes 4 times now, one time I ended up tying and so we went to another round of playoffs and it didnt crash BUT after getting to end of those 3 holes with lead it crashed. AGAIN. 5th time.

How often does the bug occur?

  Everytime the final putt will result in winning or losing the playoff.

How can we find the bug ourselves?

  Go into career mode, get into a playoff in final round of tourney and try to win.

Created player, in career, on Korn Ferry Tour.  About to win my first tournament.  Go into a three hole playoff with a computer player.  On final hole, I sink the birdie, game freezes and kicks me to the Xbox dashboard.  Load it back up, load tournament, takes me back to the last hole of the playoff.  This time, it doesn't finish loading the hole.  Kicks me out to the Xbox dashboard.  Try a couple more times, same result.  Reboot Xbox, same result.  Frustrating.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 4/30/23

Is anything else happening? I cannot play the 4th round at Harbor Town. Every time I try and play- my screen freezes. I have tried to skip the event, withdraw, anything at all and it just freezes. I have spent hours grinding and finally have my player where I want him to be and I cannot play anymore. I see that I am clearly not the only one: can we please get this fixed ASAP?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: See above: restart, withdraw, skip, nothing works. 

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)
