@seadog7070 @EA_Barry i love how the response isnt to try to solve the issue. its just a link to refund the game. i have crashed 14 times in two hours on pc. soo dissapointed that i spent 100 dollars on this game

Hi @MNsellner To confirm are you running into a crashing issue as well. Currently, we are aware of a few reports of the game crashing in different areas. 

We can try running through a few steps, but if you wish to re-purchase on steam as @seadog7070 mentioned then using the information above would be the correct route.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, my NVIDIA game ready and studio drivers, ran dxdiag, cleared cache, nothing works. I just want to be able to play the game. I purchased yearly EA Play Pro subscription in order to play and to play early.

Specs: ASUS Z490-E, i9 10900KF, ASUS STRIX White Edition RTX 3090, 32 GB DDR4 ram, more than enough to run any game.

Surprisingly that doesn't seem to work either.  Refund page just spins non stop...kinda like the PC game!!

That’s EAs official answer, not to help but to just refund the game. 

wow, that’s what they think of their customers and how the intended to not fix the game.  

Hey @LOK_NightHawk When you have a moment can we try the following steps?

• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Remove any over-clocking or undervolt settings or software and check if the issue continues. 
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings 
• Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Install/Repair your VC++ files for EA Sports PGA Tour
• Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game

If this continues, would it be possible to get a clip of this and a DxDiag?

I am lucky if I can get through one hole on PC. I have a top tier gaming rig that was built this year. No errors or anything, just crashes instantly while playing.

I have read other posts and suggestions and tried windows, turning off vsync, turning off antialiasing, etc.

I cannot even use the refund request page on the EA site because it doesn't appear to actually work.
