PGA Tour Deluxe Edition FAILS TO LAUNCH

I tried "clean boot" procedure you have described

I tried making new user with admin rights

NOTHING WORKS!

I open EA app and launch PGA is says launching game, the app disappears, then the ea app comes back up and the game never launches

does this game use ea anticheat?

does this game new you to have a microsoft online account?

I prefer to NOT have an online microsoft account tied to my pc

I am having same problem- my other EA games all work

yep the same... the golf game is the only game not working

I am unable to launch the game. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps from this link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/PGA-tour-wont-start/m-p/12473713 with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

To confirm are you still running into issues launching PGA Tour? 

If so, which client are you playing from? Also, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
