My preorder code worked on playstations end, but nothing is showing up in the rewards tab. It's nonexistent. Game is fully downloaded and I'm logged in. Just no preorder rewards.

@EA_IlliumI provided copies of my Best Buy receipt to EA Help, but nobody has contacted me since the claim (141863217) was filed on April 10. The only thing I received from EA Help was an acknowledgement stating that someone would be in contact with me shortly. That was four weeks ago.After four telephone conversations and one Twitter exchange, Best Buy vehemently stated that they had no record of there being any preorder bonus with EA PGA Tour, while I just as vehemently provided proof of it being listed on their website, even beyond the April 7 launch date. They said they had no codes to provide, it's not their problem and I needed to contact EA.The receipt provides proof of purchase prior to the launch of April 7. I made my purchase on April 5. There was no code on the receipt, nor did I receive a seperate email containing any code. At this point, I don't know what more I can say or do about this. Clearly, Best Buy screwed up, but they didn't offer any solution. This is like a tennis match between Best Buy and EA, and I'm the ball getting smacked around.

@ExtremeGamerSB Yes, my son and I want F1 2023, along with EA FC, the new Madden and probably NHL 24, but there's no way I'm going to preorder them now. It's very disappointing because it seems like it should be an easy fix. Even if the original preorder items are not available, then offer up something of equal value in place of it. I asked Best Buy if they'd consider providing a $10 gift card that I could use on a future purchase and they said no. I'd accept and appreciate something similar from EA, but I don't think that's going to happen either.

They never will respond. They close any threads on here about it as well. I didn’t get any of my deluxe cosmetic bonuses or preorder bonuses. I opened my case at launch. No replies to date. Almost a month.

To confirm you were able to download and launch PGA Tour, but simply do not see any pre-order items under the reward tab on the main menu.

If so, to confirm when did you redeem your code? And, where did you purchase the game code from?

Yes, I have the disc version and installed right away. While game was installing, I redeemed the code from Target through the PlayStation Store. None of those bonuses have showed up in game yet.

Digital from Best Buy. I’ve went back and forth with them for 2 weeks. Then did the deluxe add on from Xbox.com. Which according to your website grants me the masters gear. Which I also didn’t get. No extra codes. Just the game code. Best Buy claims there was no order code.

I bought the physical copy for PS5 from Best Buy on April 5. They did not provide me with a preorder bonus code. I went round and round with them for about two weeks and got nowhere. They told me there were no codes to provide and there wasn't even a preorder bonus for the game. I filed a claim with EA on April 10, and haven't heard back from anyone about it.

@Zelldogg37 When you first launched the game did you have a Rewards tab you could go to to open anything? Also to check, did you notice if your first golfer created started out above level 1?

Hi @GoHuskerz To confirm if you purchased the game from Best Buy you would need to get a code from them our support would not be able to provide one.

Early access started on the 4th of April (with the game fully launching on April 7th), to confirm do you know if your receipt calls out a pre-order for the game or if they have confirmed you should have a pre-order copy?
