I'll just say how say this should work in case anyone is missing this. It works OK for me on PS5.
Go to the Golfer tab, then Identity, and finally Bio. On PS5 on this screen you then go up and down with the D-pad to select the item you want to change and then press X. For me this brings up the keyboard option to let me edit names and the home town should I wish to.
@Ultrasonic_77I play on the PS5. Can you still change the name? You play on the PS5 too, right? I tried everything, different buttons or via touchpad. Nothing worked.
Or could it be, that EA changed this feature, when you already started a career before the patches. (like in my case)
I wouldn't understand why they should do that.
EDIT: I have to reverse everything. Now it works. Well i think, I had to empty the cache respectively it could be, that you only can change the names before you play a round of golf respectively
at the start of the game...I will try it out...
Tried this but the keyboard never comes up. So disappointed.
