I had that issue also on my LG C1

Use this guide and you won't have to worry about the dolby vision bug. Basically, it is a software that gives you access to you're nvidia drivers settings which we usually don't have access too.

You disable the dolby vision on the tv through the driver setting with that app and you can play the game and even use standard HDR with no issues.

Please understand that it does not actually do anything to the tv itself but only the gpu driver modified to make windows believe that the tv is not dolby vision supported.

Have not tried the option to restore from the app yet but worse comes to worse, you can always re-install the drivers and everything will go back to normal. 

I know it's not ideal and should not be happening at all and it's EA responsibility to provide a fix for this but at least you can play the game in the meantime and hopefully EA takes quick action to resolve this issue. 🙂
