Same.  This feature has not worked for me on PS5 for quite some time.  I have holed a few shots since and never get the heartbeat moments anymore.  I thought maybe it was tied to having fast play enabled, though it shouldn't since that is a separate setting.  But just as a test I have disabled that and still it didn't work when I holed two other shots.  If memory serves, I have not seen a heartbeat moment since before the first big update and that's after playing hundreds of rounds.  The feature really does seem to be broken on PS5.
