Re: Online ranked round stats don’t get recorded

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for letting us know what you are experiencing with PGA Tour. 

You can try running through our connect troubleshooting to see if the stats update:

Xbox:

PlayStation:

PC:

  • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  • Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
    • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
  • Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
  • Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

If you are still seeing Online stats not track correctly please let us know the following 

- Which game mode are you playing? (Career, Online, Tournaments, etc)

- Are you getting an error message?

- Have you tried restarting the game or playing a different mode and returning?

Also, if you have not please also let us know the following...

Platform:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

    Another generic auto reply is insane. 

  • Did nothing, so I went online played to games and they counted. 3rd game we finished the 18th hole and another win is what I was looking forward to. But Noooo.  For the first time it kept sending us back to t off.  So I did.  Then again was sent back to t off and again and again and again.   This is crazy.  Here is a picture of games played I season 1 and here is a picture of games played season 4 so far.  Guys you have a serious issue going on.  Maybe you got hacked by 2k and are trying to sabotage ea golf. Whatever it is. This has been a complete waste of money and energy and won’t touch this game till you drop a patch please look at the difference in gp season 1&4 it’s not because we all stopped playing.

    Tried this, didn’t work. 

    So far this evening 

    1 game out of 5 didn’t register as a game played for me in the online 9 hole lobbies. No points.

    will stream it for you if it will help, but clearly it’s happening a lot

    @ADS316 I've already posted a vid. Been happening since 28th June when 4.5 dropped. Nowts being done.

    Wow and nobody had even replied except with a crappy tech doc of how to connect your console to the internet! Little insulted now truth be told. 

    EA Sports for the love of gaming…do better please. ??

  • Here is an example of a couple of online games I played yeaterday. When I beat the entire field of 15 other players, the game awarded zero points and acted as if the entire match never took place. Finished middle of the pack the next game and it deducted points. This cannot be right.

    They like to blame everything but themselves. It's their patch that did it and only they can fix it. It will probably take months for these idiots to realize that. It's beyond insulting the generic response we get. It's the exact same troubleshooting they give when you can't connect to EA server or keep getting booted from EA server. I guess they think that applies to issues not even related to that whatsoever. They might as well be asking "Is your system plugged in?' That would be about as useful as the response we're getting. Do they not have anyone competent enough to test it and see for themselves?
