Hi @2a45a5fe4b50d3d0 @Icarus64 To check are you playing via the EA App or Steam clients?
Do your controllers have any drivers we can check for updates on?

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestions............I am operating game thru steam client. Do not know how to check/update driver for my Saitek/Cyborg GamePad (I think it was originally intended for PS 1 or 2 .......but was supposed to also work with PC's.
Steam seems to have 'injected itself' into my issue and is (somehow) recognizing my gamepad!! and I can use it while playing EA Sports PGA Tour 2023!

I have similar issues with my Razer Controller for Xbox. The game starts off recognizing it’s a ‘PlayStation’ controller and when I move, you see it switch to Xbox inputs. This won’t fully fix until I unplug>plug it back in.
heres the kicker though - when I try to play online, the game REFUSES to acknowledge the Razer game pad at all and forced MNK. What’s also worse, we have to use the EA overlay and cannot invite friends via Steam. I turned the overlay off as this fixed similar issues in the past but is required to play online.interestingly enough, the controller works fine offline after the initial unplug > plug back in step mentioned above.
I tell you , EA devs never cease to amaze me.
Steam client
Razer Wolverine v2 for XBOX and PC
Windows 11
All up to date drivers and software
EDIT: Forgot to mention the same thing happens with the EA app as well as I had the free trial before getting it on steam.
EDITEDIT: Attached is the DxDiag. Enjoy.- 3 years ago
I have the same exact controller with the exact issues and no response from ea at all..
