Can you check if you have any running anti-virus or other security and stop it from blocking the EA app and PGA Tour then check if this continues?
@EA_Illium I posted the solution to the problem on Reddit. Users need to disable the tool tips in the settings menu. See the last post in this thread. The last post has instructions for users.
