@ARHZ While I fully support your right to have a good rant at EA, you probably won't find much comes of it.
The forums are mostly user to user, with regard to help.
There are a few EA posters, but they are mostly forum mods, not the devs. When they notice things they can help with, they do.
When it's something beyond their remit, they will bring things to the attention of the right people, but even that doesn't guarantee an instant resolution to an issue.
There are plenty of knowledgeable people who come here though, and if you care to post a little more about what you have experienced so far, you might find some are willing to help you reach a state where you find the game playable.

Even just a little information added to this thread might get you some good advice.
You would need to let people know which platform you are playing on though, as things can be different between PC, PS5 and Xbox.
Tell them what you have tried with regard to troubleshooting, and what is happening in a bit more detail, and you might get lucky.

But I don't think he is wanting or needing assistance.
I think he is just venting about the multitude of bugs, inconsistent gameplay and incomplete features. I'm not fully convinced the developers know what they are doing and that other than a few sign posts their vision forward is out of focus.
I'm sure he is not the only one that feels the game feels more like a lot of separate unfinished pieces rather than a comprehensive complete package.
The game feels like a brainstorming session where a lot of nice ideas were collected. But these concepts were not fully fleshed out... and it was not discussed how all these ideas would be all tied back together to form a complete consistent experience.What areas of the game would you prioritise for change? What’s the most broken in your opinion?
The swing is to slow, putting needs smoother back and forward stroke,ball phyics need improvement.
