Trying to figure out putting in PGA Tour

I thought it was terrible at first but now I’ve built my golfer up to a good level it’s easier, still slightly frustrating but I’ve managed to unlock the 50ft putt achievement and managed a 10 under par round in career on tour mode at Scottsdale, so I’d say it’s still doable. My final score over the 4 rounds was 25 under par, so I think the game is definitely playable.
This is what drives me absolutely crazy. I’ve hit a 50+ yard putt but if I’m right on top of the whole…”ewww he just rolled past on that one” 😡😡😡
Yeah it can be annoying as hell. I’ve found certain courses like Torrey Pines and Augusta to be far worse than others. Sawgrass is a pleasure to play around.
And this is not the first golf game any of us have played lol. The basic mechanics of golf games-drives-short game-putting are mostly the same. So I don’t get why such a struggle for me.
Well I just got it Monday so hopefully more practice and I’ll find my rhythm.
UPDATE: So now that I’ve been playing for a week and starting to build my golfer up, I’m starting to get those putts that weren’t going my way before. Although I’m still not getting as many birdies or eagles as I’d want, I’m at least getting par and staying in an entire tournament.
