Account linking problem

When I try to link my account to my EA account it'll take me to the site where I choose the account, but when I click it, it takes me to the same page I was just on, then sometimes on the second click it says something about pretty print and failure or the game just reloads, and I get to a third click the screen just goes grey. I don't know how to fix this so please help.
