All Data Erased - 10 years gameplay and $100’s Of dollars PVZ 2

I updated PVZ 2 this morning as I couldn’t play without the update. Now everything is erased. 10 years game play and hundreds of dollars in level ups!! 😱😳😨How can this be fixed? Is there a back up? Normally older updates asked about account. Can I be refunded? Please reply asap.

    P.s there’s no order history here, only App Store Purchases and I don’t know if linking to Apple will fix it, because the update to Apple created this problem.
