All progress and purchases lost on plants vs zombies 2
After the latest update, all progress and purchases have been lost in plants vs zombies 2 has been lost. Restoring purchases does nothing in terms of restoring progress. After looking for 20 minutes, I can’t find a way to contact EA support. There is no email or chat feature as described in responses on the forum. Can I please get a response as to how to get this resolved? I have my player id.
Hey. Just wanted to let everyone know that I just tried something that worked. I deleted the app from my iPad and re installed it. Once I did that and reopened, it allowed me to choose my most recent profile. That restored my progress. It also seems like I can watch ads again for gauntlets and gems. That feature hadn’t been working for a month or so.
