App shuts down every mode with internet

Question

I have played for 3 months now, same phone (400gb free storage, 12GB ram, cache clean, already re installed the game). Until last week everything was fine. Then I started getting log out from pursuit (when playing for solar sage). And also from arena (regardless of using or not lemonaide plant). Today I got logged out from level 4 of feastivus with 5 seconds left to win, which is insane!

I can't play anything that requires internet connection because most likely the game will shut down. My internet is perfect, either WiFi or my own data. I have tested everything, my phone is not the problem, neither is my internet, nor my location (2 days ago I was in New York instead of UK and the issue was exactly the same), the game shuts down regardless.

Everyone complaining about Arena, this goes far beyond Arena.

Someone from EA, can you please help me, I can follow up with my ID.

If you need EA, tag mention @EA like EA_Cath EA_Barry , or EA help at below. But i think @EA is very busy and very slow respond, not only Pvz2 error/crash.. all gamed from EA is crash..

I think this game need internet for play. As far i can play all smoothly, much player in this forum complain the arena champions, quit middle game. And still no solve solution.
