Arena constantly crashing and plantastic week not doubling rewards

I have played arena several times and it has crashed many times losing many gauntlets and constantly resetting my streak especially when i'm one away from the final award. The plantastic week was meant to double the awards in daily missions but the game has failed to do that only giving me the normal amount please fix this! :) Thank you!
