Arena league is crashing when playing
Plants vs zombies is crashing on my iPad with the new arena week. Is anyone else seeing this problem

Could you all provide a list of plants you have selected to use on the Arena game which crashes the match please? I think this is a very big can of worm we have here with the new feature plant.

- @eieio_31310 It has now happened to me without witch hazel as well, though I was able to get through several rounds without a crash. I don’t recall offhand the rest of the loadout I was using.
This has happened to me also. I'm using Witch Hazel, Primal potato. Spearmint, Enchantmint, and Shine Vine
The other crash seems to occur when you mind control a zombie as hocus crocus targets said zombie. Witch hazel and crocus will cause the crash. It seems that if crocus locks on and the zombie is no longer targetable, it crashes. Explains the primal potato mine issue as well, can’t target what is now off the battlefield. Perhaps engineer the electric blueberry fix where the storm cloud starts up but if the zombie is gone, so the clue disappears....

From what I have gathered with the latest details from your reports, the bug with the new plant is that when it tries to teleport the target, it can crash your game with the following conditions:
1) zombie which has be transformed into a plant (which is on your side and fight for you)
this would be from Witch Hazel
2) zombie which has been hypnotised (which is also on your side and fight for you)
this would be from Caulipower, Enchant-mint and Hypno-shroom
3) zombie which has been swallowed or eaten whole by your plant
this would be from Shadow peashooter, Grimrose, Conceal-mint, Chomper, Snap Pea etc)
4) zombie being zapped by two Hocus crocus at the same time (I think this is very rare as I have been using two pre-planted ones in matches and they seems to be ok even though I feel being cheated as sometimes the zapping is on the zombies' favour, for instance, the zombie was saved from being exploded by my potato mine)
5) zombie being blown up by mines
this would be primal potato mine or high level potato mine
I will add more to the list when there is/are new ones being reported.

I’m using primal potato mine, power lily, tile turnip, dusk lobber, and moon flower. It crashed a few times yesterday, but today it crashes every time.
Since my language settings aren't in English, I might have some of the names wrong... the plants I choose are Shine Vine, the exploding vine, the exploding nut, jurassic mine, and Blover (the green fan). No Witch Hazel, and I use Android.
EDIT 12 hours after post: I've experimented with someone's prior suggestion of removing the Hocus's, so I've been playing with just one throughout the round. I've only played several matches like this, but I have yet to have it crash on me again.
