Arena Mode Crashing

Every time I play whether it be practice mode or Vs another player, the game will stop and I'll be forced out of the app. I have tried to force stop the app and restarting my device but it doesn't work. This is an issue I have encountered before but it was fixed for a while so I'm not sure why it's happening again?

I have attached my player and EA ID.

My main concern is that I will be demoted down a level if I cannot win a few games so I hope this issue can be resolved or at least my progress can be paused. Thank you!
