Bug about coin & diamond

Hello EA / PopCap Support Team,

I would like to report a serious bug affecting my Plants vs Zombies 2 account.

Issue details:

- My coin balance became negative (around -500,000,000 coins).

- My diamond amount became abnormally high (around 200,000,000 diamonds).

- The coin balance cannot be recovered. No matter how many coins I earn by playing, the negative balance does not decrease.

- This issue occurred without using any cheats or third-party applications.

I believe this is a resource overflow / integer overflow bug, as both coins and diamonds reached extreme values and no longer function correctly.
