cannot claim rewards

The game will not let me collect the gems I earn for completing all daily activities.  This has been happening at least once a week.  However, now it has happened two days in a row.  We are getting double rewards RIGHT now so I have lost out on 40 gems the last two days. I play on and iPad using IOS

Hi, I was supposed to get 20 gems for completing 8 daily activities but the button is stuck again.

Try find another signal wifi or data internet connection..  if still not work, play in another device with same account, sync with your email..

For help.. you can message EA_Cath​erine,  but never reply, find her in Plant vs Zombie Replanted. She most active that forum.

Hey everyone, we merged all the threads regarding this issue with the claiming buttons not working.

The teams are aware of it and working on a fix.

I am unable to claim my daily rewards

i think this happened because when I didn’t claim my daily rewards yesterday I wasn’t able to claim it the next day
