cannot get my progress

I play plants vs zombes 2 but it is bugging when I try to retrive my progress. It finds it. I see it. I click on it and it says succesfull and when I start to play the progress is not there. I have bluestacks on my PC. I have also there plants vs zombies 2 and everything is okay there. Why my mobile phone does this bug ?
