can't buy anything after restore purchases

Question

When I click the "store" button, there is a "error" after "restore purchases", which means I can't buy anything. I think that it is linked to my purchase history, that make my profile can't buy new bundles. It would be err when i start a new profile in another device as well. Please help me to solve the problems, so that I can buy the new plant bundles.

@EA_Illium Sorry. I tried forcing stop, clean caches with reloading profile and reinstall, but in vain. Even I tried play the game without Google Play Game to get a new start, however, it didn' t work. Some about the questions especial the Player ID I have sent to you. Please help me and I can buy plant bundles. I think the eror may occur on the preserved data of purchase history at players' Google accounts. The easiest way to help solve the problem for Manufacturer is making restore purchases manuel like adding a click button rather than automatic. Thank you very much.

@OSile7 Thank you for trying those steps, I would be happy to share the feedback you have with the team. For now to try to get around this can you see if using a different network has any effect?

Also to confirm is there a recent purchase that has not completed right before this happened?

@OSile7&nbsp; Did you know that if you do a reinstall that you are counted as a new player and get different offers for a couple of days?

@EA_Illium&nbsp;Hi!I have a similar problem!I followed all the recommended steps to clear cache, change internet connection, etc. As always, nothing helped!Before that, I had an error like OSile7, now something new has appeared.
