I have just completed all of the daily activities and claimed the rewards for all of those activities but when I went to claim the reward for completing all of the activities the progress disappeared and I cannot claim it.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Not a lot except try entertaining yourself by reading other posts here with similar experiences.
I have had the same problem, on and off. So frustrating.
I have completed all my daily activities and it keeps bugging out and not letting me claim my gems it’s happened a few times and have not been able to claim the gems and for a beginner trying to claim gems any way possible this is stressful
Having the same issue and cannot complete the report bug process to EA as when I select issue it brings me to a blank page :/
Community ManagerI uninstall and reinstall the game trying to solve this issue, but what's worse is that I cannot even enter the game this time, it says download failed: unexpected content from server (got JSON). What's wrong???? I'll definitely not purchase anything more considering such a fragile system!
I'm unable to collect my 10 gems earned by completing all of the required tasks. This same thing happened to me 2 or 3 days ago & once like a month ago. I've talked to other players having the same problem and/or they can't rent a plant bc there's not a plant for them to rent. Pls advise when this will be collected as it seems like I always have problems with your app. Thanks
I’m unable to collect the 10 gems for completing 8 daily activities. The same thing happened 2 days ago too. Please correct my account & add the 20 missing gems.
