Coin balance Negative

What a disappointment, I ran the issue of having my coin balance in negative for quite some time, I opened trouble tickets, posted on this forum, other players are experiencing the same issue, and from the EA developer team nobody bothered, even to answer.

today there was a patch, but the problem of negative balance has not been resolved!
