COMPLAINT ABOUT EA HELP CENTER.

I have been a long-term player of over 6 years, and i have never known EA HELP CENTER to be as bad as it is now.

I have put in twenty odd complaints, ignored many minor issues and I'm going to tell you about my latest one.

Going back about two months to the aquavine tournament, i decided that EA had given us a useful plant (for a change) and i put in the extra time and effort to win the extra 300 seeds to level him up.

Only i didn't get them.

So i filled out a missing content report, attached my player id number as well as relevant screenshots proving my case.

I am always polite to HELP CENTER staff, as i assume that they are overworked and underpayed Indian call center staff who have been given very little training.

They closed my case without doing anything about my issue, tapping on the resume case button or link does nothing.

I put in three or four further cases complaining about this and each one ended up closed and i can't reopen them.

I put in hours to win those extra seeds, and i want them.

I'm going to put in another complaint about this as i don't like having my time wasted.

  • I had a similar experience years ago which led to me putting the game down. I too had played for several years and have spent money on the game which I never do. They pissed me off so I left. I have sent an email to make a case again for the problem they wouldn't address back then. We will see what happens this time...

    I put in the same complaint again two days ago and i just got a case fixed email from EA HELP CENTER.

    Before anyone starts cheering, those 300 missing aquavine seeds haven't been added to my profile, or any of my other profiles either.

    I have tried resuming the case, but it tries sending me off here.
