Critical resource sync error - Account data corruption

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a major sync issue with my account that has caused my resources to become corrupted. My currency values (coins and gems) have jumped to impossible, massive numbers, while other items like gauntlets are showing as negative values.

I have attached screenshots showing these erroneous values. This happened after a sync conflict between my old device and my new one. I have not attempted to abuse or "farm" these glitched resources.

As I have made several real-money purchases on this account, I am very concerned about the possibility of an automated ban due to this bug. I would appreciate it if the support team could reset my account or correct the data to a normal state to ensure I can continue playing fairly.
