Have posted this 3x now as the thread keeps disappearing. They asked for our ID information so I keep attaching it so it's easy to find me. Hopefully your thread gets attention.
The moderators keep collapsing any new posts on the issue into one post. They are trying minimize the issue, just like EA support.
