Community ManagerHey jwtuiwe87qm6 , if you have been charged twice, EA Help should be able to help you out without you having to reach out to your bank. Disputing the charge could also lead to more serious consequences 🤔

Support literally told me they can't help and to contact the bank. Unless there's another way to get a helpful support person?

Hmm yeah I would not contact your bank for a chargeback. 🤔 But they might be (incorrectly) advising this to you if they can't make the refund themselves. When it comes to external platforms (like mobile, or consoles - everything non PC) it's possible advisors don't have access to the transaction.
So in that case your best bet might be to contact the Google Play Help Centre, because if you play on Android the transaction would usually come through their platform, and they should be able to provide a refund on their side.
