Double charge
The game double charged me for a plant and there's no way for me to contact support to refund the second charge. EA support told me to contact my bank to dispute the charge. The game should not have been able to charge me twice.

I have the same issue. I'm getting charged for a ridiculous amount for items I've never purchased. I purchased 1 item and somehow got charged $45 for random **bleep**. I think there's a bug. When I purchase Seeds with gold through the almanac, it deducts the gold, gives me the seeds for that plant, and then charges me $4.99 or $9.99 for Shrinking Violet or Gold Bloom, but doesn't actually give me any of those seeds.
*PVZ Team: PLEASE fix this bug. I'm tired of requesting refunds through Apple and constantly checking my bank account for BS charges.

Hmm yeah I would not contact your bank for a chargeback. 🤔 But they might be (incorrectly) advising this to you if they can't make the refund themselves. When it comes to external platforms (like mobile, or consoles - everything non PC) it's possible advisors don't have access to the transaction.
So in that case your best bet might be to contact the Google Play Help Centre, because if you play on Android the transaction would usually come through their platform, and they should be able to provide a refund on their side.
Support literally told me they can't help and to contact the bank. Unless there's another way to get a helpful support person?

Hey jwtuiwe87qm6 , if you have been charged twice, EA Help should be able to help you out without you having to reach out to your bank. Disputing the charge could also lead to more serious consequences 🤔
