Missing coins, gems and sprouts

At the very start of the month I've logged into my account from the android device i always have used for the past years, only to find that my main profile has had the coins, gems and sprouts reset to zero, while the other profiles were untouched. I've contacted costumer support many times already, I've recieved emails but although I've given my ID and all possible information nobody has been able to help me. I'd really like for my problem to be addressed. I still have my guantles, my mints, my unlocked levels and my bought plants, the only things missing are coins, gems and sprouts.
