EA Help is no help

Does anyone else have trouble raising a new case in the EA help portal? When I go to My Cases and click on Start A New Case it doesn’t start a new case. EA what is the deal here? How do we let you know there is an issue with a game? You are so hard to contact!

    The best way to start a case with EA Help is to go through that link directly then "Chat with us". Not all categories give you a chat option, which can be a bit confusing, hopefully this link will help.

    @r10ksmawban0 The June calendar issue is still being investigated, just to let you know!

  • First of all we are not EA ,the forum is made up of players of the game,personally I’ve never had an issue starting a new case.

    Youre not say what the problem is. Perhaps someone on the forum could help if you let us know what your issue is.

  • @97887af1909324a5 Agree with you. Starting a new case is almost impossible. Sends you on a loopty- loop to where u r always going back & forth to filling out case, back to show what game u r playing, back to fill out your case. Never ending. Still waiting on june calendars . Actually have a ticket. Use Contac Us. Best of 🤞. May u be rewarded with many 💎 & coins.

     REIMBURSE US!! EA can investigate all day & night, that is not the point! The June calendar did not work. The Big Wave special calendar did not work. Maybe i got lucky, i received 5 seeds for tangle kelp. That was it. Players rely on Help for a variety of reasons, but a daily or specialty  calendar not giving out rewards, seems simple. Just REIMBURSE us! That is it!  Fix on your time, not ours. When you finally can actually get a case # in & you check it, it says FIXED, but nothing happened except the case was closed. That's enough to * off the Pope. This is what happened to me this morning. On e-mail, chatted with 7 different EA advisors, for about 2 hrs. some asking for the same thing.  Gave me web address, just like you did, & this was Help's answer: " Help solutions currently unavaiable, we do not have any recommendations at this time". Using the banner missing content & something i earned. Gave count of all gems, coins, etc 3 times. Basically advisors said the same thing you are saying. It is being investigated. So what. Just give us what we earned by playing the game. What are you going to do once it is fixed? Replay it? Don't think so. 

  • My issue is just what I said, when I click on start a new case, the button takes you to an FAQ page, I can’t write in anything, only read standard answers. Apologies for getting the owner of the forum wrong. 

  • Thanks, that link works. - now if that could only be put somewhere obvious in the help portal that would be really helpful!

  • @EA_Cath Please inform EA HELP personal to provide missing rewards when asked. There is not resolution until remedy is provided. There is a distinct disadvantage for playing because of being unable to get these rewards for so long

    @EA_Cath Either i am not understanding(which is always a possibility!) or you are not making yourself clear. EA cannot reimburse right now because calendars r being investigated. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You are investigating calendar rewards for june (july also?big wave?). Good. But, big but here, that doesn't explain why players aren't getting reimbursed right now. Maybe find a 'bug' so players are cheated out of rewards because EA doesn't replace items caused by a 'bug'. Or u will put out in the twittersphere that"Calendars are fixed" & what....go through all cases to reimburse players? Highly doubt it! Have players attempt to make their case again, to get overloaded in help.ea, again. Just to let u know my calendar , for 1 Aug, did not give out its daily reward.
  • During the aquavine tournament, i decided to get as many seeds as possible for aquavine in my mastery profile as it could be a decent plant.

    This meant playing the extra 50 arena battles to reach 1,000 crowns to get the 300 seeds.

    Unfortunately, i didn't get my 300 seed pinata, so i decided to complain to EA HELP CENTER. (Uk 🇬🇧 region).

    I write off a lot of small stuff, but playing 50 arena matches is a lot of time for 300 seeds.

    Being well used to submitting complaints to EA HELP, i kept it polite, clear, concise and provided the relevant screenshots.

    This was well over a week ago and aside from a few emails, nothing has been done about this.

    If i go to the manage cases, the 'awaiting response from player' window is highlighted as EA wants me to 'resume case'.

    I have repeatedly tried clicking on both the link and the button, with no effect.

    On many different days.

    I keep on getting sent to the ask the community.

    Which is me. I have been helping out players for over 6 years and i am sick of EA HELP CENTER and it's ignoring basic commonsense issues and incredibly poor customer service.
