Frustrated

Is any of you frustrated with the lack of action from technical support to solve our complaints . I have not see anyone answering our complaints  ,no a way to file a claim to get answers to our  problems. I’m here because I couldn’t open a claim ,‘this is where they send me to get a resolve issues and only see , our complaints going nowhere . For advice is great you get ideas when you don’t know what to do but with issues like bug or technical difficulties or anything related to fixing technical problems . I don’t think anybody is reading this forum, I ‘ m  reading  over and over the same issues but nobody answered them. 
 I’m frustrated that’s my two cents. Good luck for us if the fix anything.
