Hey Lisuvius I believe this issue should be fixed by now, is this still happening?
The problem continues to happen. I am unable to collect the 10 gem prize if I complete 8 daily tasks. The game crashes all the time. I asked for help. I did not receive help. The same old answer of - “it’s YOUR game. Delete your game and get the app again but save your game first”. Well, I can’t confirm that my game is saved. The iCloud won’t save it. Not sure if Game Center has it saved. I am so frustrated by the lack of support and how difficult it even is to get support. Can you help me?

I should say that I did receive a response from support. The usual question of do I use third party software (no) or an emulated device (no) and then they send me the troubleshooting links which are not helpful or suggest actions that I have tried before. Then my case gets closed without resolution. I just reread my email responses
