Game crashing after completing Penny’s Pursuit Battle

Question

My game crashes after I battle in Penny’s Pursuit. &nbsp; It crashes every time I try to collect seed packets in arena. &nbsp; It crashes sometimes when I’m collecting mints in arena. &nbsp; Ever since the introduction of the blaze plant (where I could not play arena for the entire month due to crashing) my game performance is terrible. &nbsp; It is almost unplayable due to the constant crashing. &nbsp; I am unable to send a bug report or ask for help. &nbsp; I play on a Gen6 iPad tablet. &nbsp;I am on the latest iOS (17.5.2 - I think) and the latest version of the game. &nbsp;Any ideas?

The problem continues to happen. &nbsp;I am unable to collect the 10 gem prize if I complete 8 daily tasks. &nbsp;The game crashes all the time. &nbsp; I asked for help. &nbsp;I did not receive help. &nbsp; The same old answer of - “it’s YOUR game. &nbsp;Delete your game and get the app again but save your game first”. &nbsp;Well, I can’t confirm that my game is saved. &nbsp;The iCloud won’t save it. &nbsp;Not sure if Game Center has it saved. &nbsp; I am so frustrated by the lack of support and how difficult it even is to get support. &nbsp; Can you help me?

I should say that I did receive a response from support. &nbsp;The usual question of do I use third party software (no) or an emulated device (no) and then they send me the troubleshooting links which are not helpful or suggest actions that I have tried before. &nbsp; Then my case gets closed without resolution. &nbsp; I just reread my email responses
