After my game data was lost dated 2024 JUNE, after that I stopped playing Plants vs. Zombies 2. 

Recently 2026 JULY, I decided to play the game again, but starting over from the beginning has been very difficult.

I kindly request that you recover my previous game data, including my upgraded and powered-up plants, if possible.

I have attached screenshots of my achievements as proof that I played the game previously. You may also verify my purchase history, which shows that I have been playing and supporting Plants vs. Zombies 2 for many years.

I contacted support, they sent me a data to download, when I downloaded the data, nothing has changed.

I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in recovering my account.
