Game sends me to home screen

After I finished installing the game I was excited to play on my new phone. Now I can't even open the app and get a title screen it just sends back to home before I could do anything. I have restarted my phone uninstalled and reinstalled as well as do the YouTube tutorials but nothing works. Please help so I can at least play the tutorial.
