Garden Warfare 2 - Won’t Launch Past Intro XBox One

Someone help! I’ve tried support through Xbox and EA. GW2 won’t go past intro screen on Xbox one. I have tried reinstalling the game, connecting the Xbox directly to the internet box, mobile hot spot instead of wired or wireless, and opened game ports with the internet provider that Xbox recommended. 

Nothing has worked! My EA play subscription is up to date. 

Other games like Rocket League and Minecraft play on my Xbox One. It is the EA games that won’t play.
