Lost progress after changing phone

Hello EA Support,

I lost my old Plants vs. Zombies 2 progress after changing my phone.

I have used the same Google account and EA account, but both identities now show a new game with only 2 plants.

I have 134 old achievements on Google Play Games and purchase receipts from December 2022.

I would like help recovering my old game progress and purchased plants.

Can you please investigate my old account?
