Help- u aren't getting my email info u requested!

Tried to respond to EA by email as requested for phone serial numbers and new iPad serial numbers and game id from original game. EA is not getting my email responses, all I get are fail to deliver notices and no phone number to call them to give them the proper info they need to restore and transfer from my old phone to my iPad for plants vs zombies2. What's the deal? Why can't I get EA to accept my screen shots and email info in the reply they requested? Please help. [edit: email address removed]

@judygrim708 Are you attempting to reply to a noreply email address? Did you receive an email from an EA adviser?

That was all they sent me about transferring data to a new device, they said send screen shots of data and the emails were undeliverable. Very frustrating!

@judygrim708 I checked your account and can see that there are a number of emails from you. The best thing to do is wait to get a reply from one of our advisers.
